End of the Year

Namaste --- 
2009 is winding down and it's a GREAT time to look at 
where you have gone this year and where you are 
heading in the next. Take these last moments to 
simply sit in reflection as to your life up to this point 
in time. 
If you are seeing the answers to your problems only 
in externals such as finding Just the right Partner - 
or just the right job etc. then perhaps look a little 
deeper within as the only place that one can find 
that center in the midst of any storm is within. 
It is only within, that the Peace that does not come 
nor go with the tide may be found the rest is all 
transient. 
We cannot change the past but one can change 
the future. How ? By allowing the mind to 
slow down - still - to be in the Moment Fully. 
Enter into Observing Experience versus Reactionary 
drama that covers over from the past or projects 
into the future. See what actions have led to where 
you are in This moment and then move forward 
in a more beneficial way. 
May All make the best choices for their lives 
and may the best take place for the choices 
that are made...
