Gratitude helps keeps stability and balance in place to "sit with" the phenomena of passing waves of thoughts and emotion----the Middle Way. This is in preparation for when Kundalini is intense and fear emerges. The Gratitude Journal helps keep steady to experience what is needed while it passes through.
