8:30am, lunch 12:30pm, and dinner 5:30pm For those staying at Camp Burton meals are included in the one fee that includes lodging, pillow/linens, and meals. For those NOT lodging at Camp Burton meals are priced at $7.95 breakfast, $8.95 Lunch $12.95 dinner-Plus Facility Fee $6.95
SAMPLE MENUS BREAKFAST – each breakfast includes a hot entrée and our “cereal bar” that offers several varieties of cold cereal, homemade granola, yogurt, hot oatmeal, and fresh fruit. Juice, 2% milk (soy milk available), coffee, decaf, and tea are all served. Hot entrée options include (we would serve one of the following menus per meal):
• Pancakes and sausage • Waffles, strawberries, whipped cream, with sausage or bacon • French toast and bacon • Breakfast burrito bar with flour tortillas, scrambled eggs, black beans, green onions, salsa, cheese, and sour cream LUNCH – each lunch includes a full salad bar with over 18 items and a light dessert. Beverages include coffee, decaf, tea, and ice water. The main entrée options include (again, one entrée per meal):
• Baked potato bar with hot and cold toppings (e.g. grilled onions, turkey, cheese, sour cream, steamed broccoli, salsa, and chili) • Build your own sandwiches with turkey, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, mayo, and mustard • Caesar salad with chicken, shrimp, and parmesan cheese and homemade soup • Super Salad Bar – several kinds of salads such as fruit salad, pasta salad, Northwest vegetable salad, chicken salad, plus our salad bar and homemade soup • Homemade quiche (several varieties) and homemade soup
DINNER – each dinner includes our full salad bar and dessert. Beverages include coffee, decaf, tea, 2% milk, and ice water. The main entrée options (once more, one entree per meal): • Lemon chicken served with roasted potatoes, pita bread, hummus, and a hot vegetable • Build your own burrito with ground beef, black beans, seasoned rice, vegetable fajita medley, mexican coleslaw, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream • Teriyaki chicken or beef stir fry with rice • Portobello mushrooms with chicken and onions, white rice or noodles , a hot vegetable, and homemade bread • Our “Rice Bowl Bar” bar with rice, rice noodles, chicken, shrimp, tofu, steamed broccoli, steamed carrots, cabbage, homemade peanut sauce, teriyaki sauce or coconut curry sauce • Baked salmon, red potatoes, a hot vegetable, and homemade bread • Spinach lasagna with a hot vegetable and homemade bread SNACK OPTIONS (one item per snack time): homemade cookies, trail mix, fresh fruit, corn chips and salsa, rice crispy treats, homemade granola bars, or brownies. Vegetarian, vegan, dairy free, and wheat free options are available with one week’s notice. (This option will be available with our retreat----)
