This is a recipe for disaster and when ego comes back it comes back with a vengance ... They go right back into the delusional mind but can speak of Non-duality since it was tasted... But ALL the suffering drama and Conditioned Mind returns and more besides... There is the Claim that Oneness is just fine but that oneness will also go in time...
So ANY newly fallen away will HAVE to follow through on the Above Admonitions and will have to Remain Fully in Touch in order to Secure where things are within the Process.... IF the admonitions are NOT Going to be followed then they are better off to leave the Ashram and be on their way as it is only a matter of time before all re-roots into even greater delusion and ignorance...
Oneness is the projection without -- projecting into the externals.... Realization is fully drawn within that has no seeds remaining to project outward... The roots of me-ego mind MUST die and wither to never return... The Garden MUST Continue to be weeded UNTIL Non-duality is Secure and Unmoving without mind coming up to occlude any clarity...
It is sad when any Sadhaka or Seeker leaves --- it is doubly sad when those who have tasted Non-duality and Sagehood re-root and fall once again into the maelstrom of mind and ego... As the ME Justification rises even stronger and ALL Clarity goes out the window...
The ego becomes at that point even stronger in it's delusion and self justifying in all actions.. Honesty - Transparency and Integrity get replace with Justifications - Projections - and speaking from a past experience that is no more than a remembrance. Being a Sage becomes not a Living Reality but a Stage Play of a Persona wearing a convincing mask for a time... But that mask will be seen for what it is as the actions are not going to be in harmony with Non-dual Clarity... To keep this path Pure when someone falls into mind this must be divulged so that the continued integrity of this path is preserved...
Do enlightened practitioners still need to practice? They certainly do. . . . The Chan patriarchs and lineage masters practiced all their lives and continued even after great awakening. It is like eating brushing your teeth --- It is something you do every day. It is the same with enlightenment; practice continues in long and enduring ways. In the sutras we read of great bodhisattvas, awakened beings, who have practiced many kalpas since time without beginning. The reality is that practice continues even after one is enlightened. If you see yourself as a longtime practitioners in this life, that is nothing compared to even one kalpa.
You may think, "You know, that is longer than I expected, maybe longer than I am willing to endure." If you have ideas like these, you should quickly get rid of them. Therefore, be patient, have an enduring mind, and just use the method."

Concerning Defunct Sages
Since the rumor mill is running and people are all in a tizzy and making projections about the latest happening am going to spell it out as to what has taken place... Although on NO OTHER Path would the Head of a Lineage make any type of statement what -so -ever as it's really NONE of the Sadhaka's business at all.. All the Sadhaka's need to know is that they are moving Forward when Surrendering to and within the practices and that the path is giving Straight Forward Guidance... The Head of the LIneage is going to do what is NEEDED to keep the path as Free of Obstacles and Drama as is possible...
When mind ** first ** falls away this is NOT the end of the path. The new Sage is given Pointings and Guidance as to this Fact... What is Supposed to take place..
1. Remain in Close touch with Guru-G and the other Sages
- • With the now defunct sages that re- rooted this Wasn't done...
- • Guru can give the Admonitions but you can't force any to follow through and comply...
2. Practices MUST continue to remain Fully in place as well as immersing ones self in the Non-dual Texts...
- • This AGAIN was not followed through on by the now defunct sages.
- • result - mind re-rooting
- • Honesty - integrity and transparency was not honored as their state of mind aka active behind the scenes was NOT Disclosed to Guru to be dealt with...
- • Honesty - Integrity and Transparency were being violated when they re-rooted into a persona and decided to Play the Role of a Sage...
- • What happens when one is NOT Honest and forthcoming with what is taking place and When Sadhaka's are looking up to Sages for Correct Guidance and there is a re- rooted Me running the show..?
3. Maybe the words being spoken are fine BUT the actions are NOT Going to be in Alignment with the Actions of a True Sage...and time will bear this out quite rapidly when in the presence of an Enlightened One....
- • When this is seen to be the Case then they scandal of Hypocrisy is just around the corner...The projections are going to rise up and start making an appearance...As they HAVE in all 3 cases. It CAN take up to 10 years to be fully Immersed in Full Realization
- • There is a settling and deepening that Does take place IF one follows through on what is needed to Allow this to take place...
4. Re - rooting into Oneness is not the reason for dismissals from this path...
- • When Honesty - Integrity - AND Transparency are in place IF a Sage re - roots into Oneness then they fall back into being a Sadhaka.
- • When this is attempting to be Hidden then the Trust of those within this Sangha is being violated by a persona that KNOWS FULL WELL that there is a mind running the show behind the scenes...
- • When the Trust of the Sangha is violated Especially by someone that is not Forthcoming with the Honest state of Mind -- then this Must be looked at and must be rectified...
- • When ANY Sadhaka and ESPECIALLY one that is supposed to be a Sage --- Is put in a position of Authority and Trust and they Violate this Trust that is a Very Serious thing ---- AS the head of this Lineage it is the Founders Job to keep this path as Pure as Possible...And this means keeping All Hypocrisy and potential scandals out...
All those who fall away into Non-duality and are pronounced a Sage are given an Opportunity to come Clean with what is Really Taking Place... They are given the Guidance as to What NEEDS to be done to move forward... But when Ego has re - rooted and the old conditioned mind comes back most often it now uses the Sage Title as a Label of more Aggrandizement and as a way to Justify the Actions that are NOT in harmony with being a Genuine Sage. In other words they become Blind to much of their re-rooted conditioned mind Drive. Persona has come back and as the Tripura Rahasya States most clearly while they have had an Experience of Non-duality and may speak most eloquently about it ... (and this is why they can pull the wool over the eyes of all for a time ) The Truth of the matter is one cannot call them a Sage in the true sense of the word as the Suffering Persona has returned... Yes they may be in Oneness and Bliss but it is a Persona that is there... a Persona is NOT a Sage in ANY sense of the term when it comes to Non-Duality... Oneness is fully engaging the world and is focused on making Duality better and making persona's better and making the world better... Non-duality has no attachment to the world Nor does mind rise up to sway nor occlude the Ever Present Reality of unmoving Clarity of Non-duality...
The problem is NOT with Sages re-rooting into Oneness and then being Honest with that fact and stepping back into a simple role as a Sadhaka..The PROBLEM is that they are using the term Sage as an Egotistical prop and thereby it's a tool of Self Aggrandizement. Honesty - Integrity AND Transparency have been thrown out the window...
It's bad enough when a Sadhaka violates these Ethics BUT for one that is Supposed to be a Sage and a Light to others when this comes out in the mix then this violation needs to take it's persona down the road and all it's conditioned mideas with it that are once again running the show....
There is no way -- no shape -- no how -- that am going to allow this lineage and path to degrade into a hypocritical scandal. Am going to say that a Sage is no longer a Sage when that is the Reality of the Situation and Disclose that fact.... NOW Sadhakas may lose faith and they may have all manner of projections that rise up at that ---- Be that as it may am NOT going to allow any game playing here..
If Sadhakas want to blow out over such things then that is fine they are most welcome to do so.... None are constrained to remain here..
Sadhakas should keep council as to their OWN journey's and not get hung up on what is taking place that is truly none of their concern... This is the Guru's job to keep this path as Clean and Clear as is possible.. When dealing with the Transient then YES things are going to rise up to be dealt with and this is the Reality on ANY Path anywhere... When dealing with the human condition Understand that Me-go is going to throw a wrench in the works on occasion and Me-go is very sneaky and may delude it's self and others for a time... But time will disclose and bring to Light what is underneath to be dealt with... And it WILL be dealt with...
Sometimes the truth is ugly --- it's not fun -- it's painful...
But Truth clears the muddy waters.
