Prasham September 8, 2010 Had skype darshan yesterday. Immediately felt enveloped in a blanket of shakti that got straight to work on blockages in the stomach, and then flooded the heart centre. Mind began to still, and a soft expansion was felt as the energy built. This all continued long after the session and now, upon waking up, there is a steady current of stilling energy affecting mind, drawing this sadhaka inwards, and feeling very heart centred.
