Dancing Hearts dhclickhere1a1

Dancing Hearts is open to those who gave taken First Diksha into COS... COS: Contemplation of Self, the first part of Diksha; it is a practice one listens to on headphones which works on expanding consciousness and may be requested after doing All starting practices regularly for at least three months.

Instructions for Listening to COS:

Treat the COS as a sacred gift from the Guru and do not let other people hear it (best to listen with headphones).  it's very powerful and could potentially awaken kundalini in others who are not ready for it.

The mantras carry a very potent transmission to awaken and balance kundalini, release cellular memory and repressed emotions, cut through mental conditionings and bring the mind to stillness.

Listen to it with full attention on the mantra.  it can be done in the midst of activities which do not demend a high level of concentration, for example, whilst walking, doing household chores, etc, but do not listen whilst driving, reading, talking, etc.

Listen to it as often as possible as an addition to the starting practices.  for example, sit and listen to COS, keeping attention on the mantra and heart centre and relaxing into the balanced breath, followed by 5-10 mins of IATIA and then sit unmoving in quietude and allow the mantras to resonate and the energy to settle.  you can do COS with closed eyes, open eyes (whilst looking at shakti eyes), internally or outloud (as long as no one else can hear you chanting).

If the energy gets intense then stop for a while and just relax into the starting practices.  it's also important to eat more meat to keep grounded and balanced.

Please post a report after your first listen.

If you have any questions, please post them on the site so everyone can benefit.

Maha Shanti OM

i welcome you All with Great Love and Respect.
