About Surrender (a dialog)

kali0

... SG: i see, so for Osho you would go? but Osho is NOT the one willing to give you Diksha.

* Swami, it seems you don't understand the nature of surrender.

SG: on the contrary i understand the nature of surrender quite well.

* surrender follows trust and trust follows love. i cannot surrender to you cause it would be fake. and i am already surrendered to a dead master.

SG: one can easily *surrender?* to a *dead master* as they don't speak back to challenge you. It is really quite convenient that way. Are you surrendering to an *individual* ? or to a *path* ? The individual your eyes see is Not that which one Loves or Trusts as much as the Essence of Truth which is spoken from the depths of Being. That Truth which will *Resonate* within your own *heart* as an inner *Self* that is being awoken out of a deep sleep.

Don't confuse passion and charismatic feelings of attachment to a certain type of persona - personas that are seen as *bigger than life* and therefore somehow greater and grander with a dedicated *surrender* within to the promptings of *Self* that arise as one clears the debris away. A true Master is there to help you to clear away the debris that is covering over that Guru which is ever present as Self the One Heart -- One Eternally Pure Essence.

* In a sense, by surrendering to Osho, i have surrendered to all true masters of all times. i have yet to see that you are one.

SG: What are you waiting or hoping to see ? A stirring of the Heart to opening and openness would be an indicator. If you are waiting for the showmanship of Osho that will not be forthcoming. Much of what Osho said was fine but his methodology left a lot of casualties in its wake.

* The moment i see you are a true master - i will pack my bags and come to you, wherever you are.

SG: The invitation is there ---- you came and asked --- i said yes. That is all that may be done. i wish to see only your Liberation which is ever present and yet is being hid by self imposed limitational bondage through only the ignorance of maya. Maya gives way to Lila in Realization. IF your Heart is not expanded and opened, if a thirst is not created the perhaps i am simply not the Guru for your path. There are many paths ---- ways --- and means ---- none are higher or lower over all, but are only higher or lower in relationship to your *individual* life experience and perceptualization.

* So don't push this surrendering thing, let's just go easy, ok? i don't want to cut my connection with you, but if my unwillingness to become your disciple right away is a problem - tell me.

SG: No take your time, it has nothing to do with me. This is about your path and seeking. i have already found and am dead to seeking. i do not seek anything at this point. Not more *knowledge* for there is no knowledge that brings any comfort other than that of knowing your Self which has nothing to do with body or persona. Sharon did not become known (except as a set of experiences around a form of desire and aversion - that held within place maya). Ganga did not come to take her place as a persona (bigger or better) what remains is Shiva/Shakti the Still Unknowing Pure Potential that allows for Shakti as ripples of Lila, the inherant Bliss of Shakti is Known as Life each moment precious and mysterious. It moves ...... it flows ....... and yet at the same time remains ever that Stilled Point which is all places at all times. This is the Consciousness that is represented by Ardhanarishvara as not two ---- not two.

This is why Masters are said to be Avatars etc. because of the Consciousness that remains. Not because of what others latch onto as a *personality* with foibles etc.. The body moves in the world as it has moved within this lifetime, and yet the Consciousness of limitation-fear-desire-lack-aversion the things that *drive* and *sustain* self images as personal self dramas is Gone ---- Dissolved ---- no longer arises, no longer disturbs that Conscious Awareness of Shiva/Shakti as Perfection in Divine Lila. When looking at others it is like a split view seeing at once their Infinite Perfection of Potential which is ONE ---- yet also there is the awareness of the coverings that are binding and covering over maintaining their individualization and separation as maya rather than Lila. A Masters job is to reach that inner Heart Perfection which is ever Present within the illusory covering of imperfect mind/body/emotional renderings. To Free that which is forever Free......

Your path is your path. Guru is only a Catalyst to bring forth that which is already the Truth of Being. That same Shiva/Shakti Consciousness is within you as is within me ----- there is only ONE ..... yet i am Awake within it ...... and you still are covered over and asleep within the dreams of maya and separation.

Realization is awakening to that ONE which is Lila ---- Life ----- the death of all death. It is that which your Heart unknowingly seeks in *relationships* etc.. and is never fulfilled in relationships ----- first you must become *Cognizant* of that ONE which is the center of all Being. It is the fullfillment of Love as Whole Perfection as IS .... Do not look for a Master to be that perfection without in the eyes of the world. Find that Perfection within Consciousness and the rest will fall away as dross........

Om Maha Shanti Om
